Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email), affiliate profile and payout/tax information you provide, referral activity (clicks, conversions, commissions), CRM contact records, and privacy-light usage analytics.

We do not store raw IP addresses for referral clicks or consent records — they are pseudonymized (salted hash) before storage.

To operate the affiliate program and CRM: attribute referrals, calculate and pay commissions, provide support, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send program and marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing email and SMS are sent only to people who opted in. Every message includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored promptly and logged.

TODO(owner): add the required CAN-SPAM physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe mechanism before sending any marketing email; obtain prior express written consent before any marketing SMS (TCPA).

You can opt out of marketing at any time, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — subject to legal retention (e.g. the append-only consent ledger and tax/payment records).

TODO(owner): confirm which privacy regimes apply (e.g. CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and finalize the rights-request process and contact address.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (email delivery, payout processor, hosting) under appropriate safeguards.
